About the author, Marianne Hering

I started the Imagination Station books with Paul McCusker because his son and one of my boys couldn't read well in the first grade. Few easy-to-read books were on the market that had Christian history and lots of excitement.

I've been a professional writer and editor since joining the staff of Focus on the Family's Clubhouse and Clubhouse Jr. magazines in 1987. I have edited several dozen books and hundreds of magazine articles.
I have a dog, two cats, a husband and one boy left at home. My daughter and another son moved away to become adults.
